Talitha Kumi is proud to service all over the world!
The default pricing on our page is in EUR, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The customer is responsible for the charges.
The amount of time it will take for a package to reach its destination will depend on the type of shipping you choose. Please consult the chart on our page for full timing information. However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Talitha Kumi is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

Customs law differs from country to country, so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all of these claims must be made with the shipping carrier.

*For both domestic and international orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/delivery.

*Talitha Kumi do not ship during the weekends, or during holidays. All shipping will resume the Monday after a holiday or weekend.
Refunds, Return & Exchange Policy
WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY ITEM UNLESS IT IS DEFECTIVE. IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DAMAGED, WE ASK YOU TO PROVIDE US AN EMAIL WITH AN IMAGE OF THE DEFECT. IF WE CAN DETERMINE THE ITEM IS IN FACT DEFECTIVE, WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN CONFIRMATION NUMBER. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN WITH ORIGINAL TAGS.

TALITHA KUMI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING OR CUSTOM FEES. IF ITEM IS IN FACT DEFECTIVE, WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY EXCHANGES BUT CANCEL THE ORDER.
